Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Mixing Operator for our Minnesota production facility. You will operate mixing equipment, load raw materials, monitor quality, and document production data in a safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, basic mechanical and computer skills, and the ability to work with PPE and lift up to 40 lbs. The role offers two shifts with weekly pay and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment and follow batch formulas.
• Load raw materials and monitor production quality.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Complete production paperwork and computer data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs.
• Communicate with team members and assist with production needs.
