Job summary

Skjodt-Barrett is seeking a 2nd Shift Batch Operator for its Lebanon, Indiana production facility. You will prepare, mix, cook and process ingredients per established formulas, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and documentation standards.

This on-site role demands attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, while participating in investigations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, monitor mixing and cooking equipment to ensure batches meet recipes and quality specs.
• Support deviation investigations including equipment inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure product quality and program compliance.
