Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will blend chemicals accurately, prepare equipment, and process raw materials to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Weigh, measure and load ingredients into mixers per specs.
• Read and follow work orders and instructions precisely.
• Operate mixing/blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift handoff docs.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with QC.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment; monitor automated systems when required.
• Maintain batch logs, maintenance reports, calibration records, and shift handoff docs.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
