Custom Building Products, LLC in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Batch Operator to join our 2nd shift team. You will blend chemicals, follow formulas, weigh and load ingredients into mixers, take samples, and support production with accurate batch records.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer shift premium of $1.00/hr, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
• Weigh, measure and load ingredients into mixers according to specifications; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems when required.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, maintenance reports and shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training and report any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products, monitoring systems as needed.
• Maintain production records and batch logs, maintenance reports, and calibration records.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
