Custom Building Products in Lithia Springs, GA, is hiring a Batch Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) with overtime and a $1.00/hr premium. You will blend products, prepare equipment, and process raw materials to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities include following formulas, weighing ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining records.

Competenze

Must be able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Prior batch or blending experience preferred, but training is available.

Mansioni

Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
Weigh and load ingredients into mixers according to specifications; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems when required.
Maintain accurate production records including batch logs and shift handoff documentation.
Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training and report unsafe conditions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
