Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Production Associate for our Lithia Springs, GA plant on the 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with overtime as needed. You will help package products on fast-paced lines and coordinate with multiple departments to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

We offer competitive benefits, with a potential $1.00/hr raise after 90 days, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, company-paid life, paid vacation, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Solid previous work experience required.
• Preferred - Experience operating a forklift, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package product and off-load lines using equipment.
• Work with Production, Maintenance and other departments.
• Be part of a team environment with growth opportunities.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
