Job summary

On-site benefits and shift differential apply. Pay starts at $26.77/hour until certified, then $31.32/hour, with an additional $1.75/hour shift

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• Chemical processing experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to wear required PPE(Personal Protective Equipment).
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• The role of a batch operator apprentice is to safely operate and control systems in weighing, metering, and mixing raw materials to make consistent batches while following batch sheets and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
