Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Batch Maker for the 2nd shift to mix raw chemical materials and produce products according to batch work instructions. You will monitor mixing equipment, adjust batches under QC guidance, and follow the manufacturing schedule with the supervisor.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift 50–60 pounds, reading English, and comfort with reading digital scales. Prior chemical manufacturing experience is preferred, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
• Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments to ensure batch is produced per instructions.
• Adjust a batch under QC guidance until approved.
• Follows manufacturing schedule and coordinates with Supervisor on improvements or concerns.
• Cleanup work area to company standards.
• Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards; report spills immediately to supervisor or safety.
• Comply with PPE standards.
