Job summary

Franklin International in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Filler/Packer Level 2 to support our adhesive packaging operations. You will perform filling, packing, pumping and drumming duties, maintain clean work area, and help label and package adhesives for timely shipment.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to pass drug screen and background check, and willingness to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs filling and packing work assignments, pumping and drumming duties and material handling duties to support various operations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Works with a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers that are ready to ship on time to the division’s customers.

Compensation:

$26.77 per hour plus a $1.75 per hour shift differential for hours worked on 2nd shift. Training hours worked on 1st shift will not include shift differential
