Job summary

Franklin International in Columbus, Ohio, is hiring a Batch Operator on 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 am). Responsibilities include safely operating weighing, metering, and mixing systems to produce consistent batches per batch sheets and quality standards. Requires HS diploma, 18+, and pre-employment screenings; chemical processing experience preferred.

On-site benefits and shift differential apply. Pay starts at $26.77/hour until certified, then $31.32/hour, with an additional $1.75/hour shift

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• Chemical processing experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to wear required PPE(Personal Protective Equipment).
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.
