Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a production operator to join our Columbus, Ohio facility. You will produce quality products on schedule, follow batch ticket instructions, and document material usage and processing steps.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork on a 1st shift. Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products as scheduled and on time.
• Follow batch tickets and quality control procedures exactly.
• Maintain equipment with pre/post shift inspections and report issues.
• Document material usage and processing steps on batch tickets.
• Keep work area clean and safe; handle materials and supplies properly.
• Assist in safety and loss control investigations as needed.
