Job summary

Nspproteins is seeking a Maintenance Controls Technician for 2nd shift in Owasso, OK. You will install, maintain and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and electrical control systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation of PLCs, HMIs, and networks.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and adherence to food manufacturing safety standards. The position offers a 3:00pm–12:00am schedule, Monday–Friday with possible weekend work, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance or industrial controls environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated manufacturing equipment while following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and electrical control system failures.
• Program, modify, back up, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
• Perform online PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Assist with PM activities and CMMS work orders.
• Support audits and continuous improvement projects.
