Job summary

ADP is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift in Owasso, OK. The role conducts routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure high uptime and safety. Expect 4x12 hour shifts with rotating days off and a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical certifications or an associate degree. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and PLC controls is essential, with strong communication

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in processing equipment.
Replace defective parts, motors and control systems during repairs.
Collaborate with production staff to address equipment malfunctions promptly.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure installations comply with safety and standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and logs.
Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance needs.
Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
