Job summary

Nspproteins is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Owasso, OK. The role performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, instrument checks, and coordinating with production staff to resolve issues quickly. Experience with refrigeration systems and high voltage equipment is preferred; occasional installation support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems and safety protocols.
• English reading/writing with good verbal skills; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and perform repairs.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and work orders.
• Collaborate with production staff to address equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
• Ensure installations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
