Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring Assembly 2nd shift. Starting pay of $19.00/hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium. Benefits on day 1, 401(k) with match, paid time off and joining a growing company with a great team.

As part of the Assembly team, you will build to print, document part receipts, and maintain a safe work environment while adhering to ISO 9001 standards. Previous assembly experience is a plus, and willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry level position.
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written directions.
• Team-oriented and able to complete multiple tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills.
• Familiar with measuring devices and basic tools.
• Experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build assemblies to print specifications to meet due dates.
• Receive and document component parts for work cell.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
