Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring for an Assembly position on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $19.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium, with benefits starting on day one and 401(k) with company match.

The role involves building assemblies to print specifications, documenting received parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a fully onsite setting. Prior mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry level position.
• Interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills.
• Operate power shop equipment.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document receipt of component parts to the work cell.

Essential Functions

• Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry Level Position.
• Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.
