Job summary

Regal Rexnord Marengo is hiring a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift production operation. This fully onsite role offers a base pay of $19 per hour plus a $3 differential, with benefits starting on day one, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

You will operate and monitor equipment, perform quality inspections, load materials, and document production details while supporting the team to meet tight delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and production.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
