The Dixon Group is seeking an assembler on the 2nd shift at our Dallas, NC facility. You will assemble mechanical components and couplings, read blueprints, and perform quality inspections to ensure product durability and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and quick couplings using hand and power tools.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings accurately.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Record production data and follow standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Engage in training, development, and continuous improvement efforts.
