Job summary

Donaldson Company in Dixon, IL is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am). You will assemble components according to specifications, inspect products for quality, and operate hand tools and small machinery in a safe, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
