The Dixon Group is seeking an assembler on the 2nd shift at our Dallas, NC facility. You will assemble mechanical components and couplings, read blueprints, and perform quality inspections to ensure product durability and reliability.
The role emphasizes safety, data recording, and teamwork to meet daily goals. We offer competitive pay with a 10% shift differential, bonus programs, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and gym reimbursements.
