Job summary

The Dixon Group is hiring CNC Operators for the 2nd shift in Dallas, NC. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components and inspect parts to drawings, reading blueprints and using calipers or micrometers as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years CNC experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC machines.
• Work safely around equipment and coworkers.
• Participate in training and learn Dixon products.
• Perform daily maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments.
