Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager for the 3rd shift in the Corrugator Department. You will direct daily production activities, lead the team, and ensure safe, cost-conscious operations while meeting customer and company quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment, with associates degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and SAP is a plus. First Aid/CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in business/management/supervision.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the production team in the corrugator department.
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives on shift.
• Coach employees and hold them accountable to standards.
• Communicate between employees and management.
• Coordinate with production planning to prioritize jobs and staffing.
• Manage materials movement and monitor workflow and staffing on shift.
• Support training and housekeeping programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
