Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Shift Manager for the 3rd shift in the Corrugator Department.

You will direct daily production, ensure safety, meet quality standards, and drive cost-effective operations. You will coach staff, coordinate materials, and work with planning to prioritize jobs and staffing for each shift, while pushing continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) in business, management or supervision desired.
• 1–3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP/KIWI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the production team on the 3rd shift in the Corrugator Department.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective production; coach employees as needed.
• Act as a communication conduit between employees and management.
