Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor in the Corrugator Department to oversee daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead technicians, coordinate scheduling, monitor material movement, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with planning and production management. Applicants should have 1–3 years of leadership in manufacturing, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office; CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant technicians follow safety protocols and policies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on performance and processes.
• Serve as a resource for problem solving for plant technicians.
• Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
• Coordinate with production planning to optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor material movement and ensure adequate inventory for daily operations.
• Support training initiatives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
