Job summary

You will lead a team of assemblers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with VTPS standards while maintaining strong cross-functional communication and performance management.

Qualifications

• Lead and direct a team of production assemblers to meet daily/weekly output targets.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of production assemblers to achieve daily and weekly output targets, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and efficiency expectations.
• Promote safety excellence by modeling safe behaviors and ensuring EHS compliance.
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and training to assemble personnel.
• Communicate production status and coordinate troubleshooting across departments.
