Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited Ripon, Wisconsin, United States is seeking an Assembly Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm–1:00am). You will lead a cross‑functional production team to meet daily schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean practices, and servant leadership. You will coach operators, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and drive performance metrics in a fast‑paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Experience leading with a servant leadership mindset.
1–3 years in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment with safety focus.
Previous supervision experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead safety initiatives to create a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
Coach and mentor production Team Members on safety protocols and procedures.
Develop an environment of continuous improvement and safety awareness for all Team Members.
Empower and expect every team member to contribute to continuous improvement.
Interface with Union Stewards in contract and discipline issues.
