Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years assembly experience.
• 1–3 years lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read engineered drawings.
• Experience with Encompix ERP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of quality inspectors to meet daily targets.
• Lead a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
• Train QA team on quality processes.
• Communicate progress and troubleshoot across teams.
• Maintain organized work areas and participate in 5S.
