Global Finishing Solutions is seeking an Assembly Lead for 2nd shift in Osseo, WI. You will bridge leadership and the production floor, leading by example to ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schedules, blueprints, and production docs.
• Experience planning work and coordinating production.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor by setting example for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Coordinate schedules and adjust priorities to keep production on track.
• Coach employees and build accountability to help team succeed.
• Drive SQDC performance by monitoring results and addressing issues.
• Support training and development to build future leaders.
• Partner with supervisors and teams to maintain open communication.
