Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assembly Lead for the Duluth area to manage daily production, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality in electronics and mechanical assembly. The role is on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

The incumbent will lead by example, organize tasks, interpret drawings, and collaborate with management to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assembly technicians during production.
• Organize daily work assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Assemble electronic components, wiring, and metal structures.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Support troubleshooting and workflow resolution.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment.
• Mentor and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with management on project timelines and operational needs.
