The position requires good technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive starting salary of $17/hr., increasing to $18.25 and $19.50 over the first year.

Additionally, there are various benefits including sign-on bonuses, paid time off, and insurance options. You will have the opportunity to advance internally while working a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled mandatory overtime.
• Good technical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to operate assembly machines.

Responsibilities

• Place parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Crimp, press, attach and/or install components.
• Set up and operate various assembly machines.
• Follow standard work procedures including all safety measures.
