Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks an Assembler (M-Force) for the 2nd shift to assemble three-phase switches. You will set up workstations, follow drawings, and operate tools to build polymer/porcelain switches, while ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a collaborative production environment.

Responsibilities include reading prints, performing inspections, and communicating problems to supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• Employer will not sponsor immigration status for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble three-phase switches according to operation descriptions and drawings.
• Set up workstations, coordinate run sequences, and maintain production flow.
• Operate hand and air tools, torque wrenches, and related equipment safely.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Perform general 5S housekeeping and participate in team tasks as needed.
