Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Wisconsin is seeking an Assembler for 1st shift. The role involves assembling sub-assemblies and final assemblies on the switchgear line, following BOMs and prints, with attention to fit and alignment.

We offer day-one health benefits, paid holidays, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities. Shift is 6:30 am–2:30 pm with a $2.50/hr premium for off shifts and room for progression across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and set up workstation to facilitate assembly.
• Perform light to heavy-duty assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
• Complete paperwork and enter labor data; move products to next area.
• Assist QA/Engineering with problem solving for new product development.
