Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler (Sub-Assembly) for the 2nd shift. The position offers a base hourly rate of $17.25 plus a $1.50 shift differential. Core hours are 2PM to midnight, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for overtime and benefits starting at day one.

The Sub Assembly role involves building and inspecting components for Power Systems arrestor lines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration programs for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.).
• Preferred: experience with manufacturing machines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect light to medium assemblies in Sub Assembly.
• Maintain quality, production, and safety standards and work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Operate tools including air and hand tools and be fully trained on all Sub Assembly operations.
• Notify supervisor/manager of any quality issues and adhere to safety policies and 5S housekeeping.
• Work across departments as needed to support production needs.
