Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking an Assembly II to assemble parts per work instructions and drawings. The role may rotate across the facility to cover multiple assembly tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing, read blueprints, and be comfortable using hand tools, ERP systems, and basic measurement equipment. A focus on continuous improvement and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and drawings.
• Operate hand, battery, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Use laser etcher and engraver for modified assemblies per specs.
• Calibrate gas to test sensors in relevant departments.
• Record daily activity in the production system and verify instructions.
