Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift to support asphalt plant operations and maintenance. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient operation of the HMA plant, performing repairs and welding as needed, and maintaining accurate daily production records.

Candidates should be capable of learning plant controls, operating heavy equipment, and complying with safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain plant parts (baghouse, dryer, burner, etc.).
• Learn plant operation controls and load out asphalt.
• Follow safety regulations and complete daily production reports.
