Job summary

Jobot is hiring a 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic for an industry leader in Wisconsin. The role offers a pay range of $25-$40 per hour with great benefits and room for growth.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, work with PLCs and VFDs, and handle hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Follow PM schedules and use hand and power tools; occasional overtime is available.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Ability to work with PLCs and VFDs.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Follows preventive maintenance schedules.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.
• Experience with conveyors and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Work with PLCs and VFDs.
• Handle hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Follow PM schedules and safety procedures.
• Utilize hand and power tools to service equipment.
• Perform mechanical rebuilds and equipment maintenance.

Job Details

• Troubleshoot, Repair, and Maintain Industrial Machinery
• Work with PLC's and VFD's
• Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, and Mechanical
• Follow PM Schedule
• Utilize hand, power, and electrical tools
• Mechanical Breakdowns and Rebuilds of Machinery
• Single-phase and three-phase electrical experience
• Troubleshoot, Repair, and Maintain 24 volt motors
• Repair and Maintain conveyors, gear boxes, ovens, chillers, polishers, and grinders
