Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of assembly/test experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient reading/understanding blueprints and test specifications.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate standard measuring tools.
• Demonstrate lean/continuous improvement mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble/test moderately complex products per routings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and service bulletins to ensure requirements.
• Record test results and maintain paperwork per quality directives.
• Identify non-conformances and rework as instructed.
