Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aerospace assembly/test experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, routes, and test specifications.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test moderately complex products using tools and test equipment.
• Record test results and identify malfunctions from data.
• Interpret blueprints and service bulletins; ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform paint touch-up and participate in lean improvement activities.
• Work with team to achieve on-time delivery and quality goals.
