Qualifications

• Two+ years of industry-related assembly/test experience.
• Able to read blueprints, routes and test specifications.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and problem solving.
• Proficient use of basic measuring tools and math.
• Ability to apply lean principles to improve processes.
• Capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
• Soldering certification may be required per customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test moderately complex products with mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Interpret blueprints, orders, routes and test specs for correct assembly.
• Record test results and identify malfunctions for rework.
• Support lean initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.
• Assist in training less experienced teammates when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean FOD-free workspace and calibrated equipment.
• Adhere to all quality directives and customer requirements.
