Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years aerospace assembly/test experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, routes, specs and service bulletins.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, measurement devices, soldering as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test moderately complex products to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Perform touch‑up or final detailing as required, including painting.
• Record test data and identify/fix malfunctions from test results.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering orders to ensure conformity with specifications.
• Support lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
