Bosselman Pump & Pantry is hiring a 2nd Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and supervise team members in the absence of the General Manager. This full-time role emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must have Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law.
• Knowledge of operations and maintenance of equipment in assigned stores.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work a minimum of three 2nd shifts per week opposite the manager.
• Reliable transportation and phone.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Work cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Open/close shifts with required documentation.
• Ensure customer needs are met and policies followed.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Assist with food handling, storage, and safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of store.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and training programs.
• Supervise/train store personnel for correct duties.
• Train on food handling, hold times, dating, and temperature controls.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and temperature of food.
• Report maintenance and personnel issues to management.
