Troy Design and Manufacturing - A wholly owned Ford Motor Company subsidiary is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts to lead maintenance teams in a manufacturing plant environment. You will schedule, allocate, and track maintenance tasks, while coordinating with contractors and internal staff to meet production schedules.

Your role involves managing the CMMS, maintaining preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring safety training and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Five years of skilled maintenance work in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated leadership for maintenance and custodial staff in a manufacturing plant.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints/drawings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedules and assigns work to employees and contractors to meet production requirements.
• Requisitions materials, tools, and supplies for jobs.
• Manages CMMS for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance.
• Records and evaluates preventive maintenance activities.
• Oversees reactive maintenance and repairs using CMMS.
• Trains employees in maintenance activities.
• Ensures safety programs and conducts safety training.
• Enforces work rules and handles employee grievances.
