Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a 2nd/3rd shift Human Resources Coordinator – Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, HRIS data entry, and employee relations within a dynamic HR team.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Absentee Control Policy, handling confidential information, and assisting with accounting tasks while maintaining accurate records and responding to payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous timekeeping / payroll experience required.
• Able to work proactively in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience with SAP and Kronos preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate compliance to Absentee Control Policy.
• Handle confidential Human Resources information.
• Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enter and maintain employee records information into HRIS.
• Employee relations and support to HR staff.
• Run daily payroll reports and edit payroll records per supervisors' requests.
• Filing payroll records and handling payroll issues related to clock times.
• Work on temporary labor hours and other data; perform accounting duties as assigned.
