Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks Assembly Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to operate assembly equipment safely and efficiently in our Mebane, NC facility. You will follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and complete required logs and changeovers with accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and contribute to housekeeping and rework as needed. This role offers on-site work and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate.
• Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate.
• Line feeds as required.
• Ensures parts and components are assembled per SOP.
• Performs all required quality checks.
• Completes VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.
• Performs all changeover operations on all machines correctly.
• Performs first piece inspection.
• Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area.
• Ensures housekeeping duties are performed.
• Performs any rework necessary and completes documentation.
• Performs any other duties as specified.
