Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Assembly Operator to support 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will operate all assembly equipment safely, follow SOPs, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate workmanship.

Starting pay is $22.13 per hour with shift differentials of $1.00 on 2nd shift and $0.60 on 3rd shift. A High School Diploma or GED is required; duties include documentation, housekeeping, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Cleanroom or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate.
• Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate.
• Line feeds as required.
• Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP.
• Perform all required quality checks.
• Completes all relevant documentation (VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log).
• Performs all changeover operations on all machines correctly.
• Perform first piece inspection.
• Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area.
• Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed.
• Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation.
• Perform any other duties as specified
