Teltrium, Inc. is seeking a part-time IT Support Technician to help support business systems, networking, technology operations, and cybersecurity practices while building practical skills that complement your studies.

The role offers a flexible schedule around coursework, mentoring from experienced engineers, and real-world experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and cybersecurity basics. This is an on-site opportunity designed for students or early-career IT enthusiasts in

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in college or completed college coursework in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers.
• Experience writing batch files, PowerShell, Python, or simple automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: at least one networking, cybersecurity or systems admin course.
• Foundational cybersecurity knowledge: phishing awareness, passwords, MFA, endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with Windows administration and Microsoft 365.
• Experience building, configuring or repairing personal computers.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, or Intune.
• CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+ or similar training/certifications.
• Participation in school tech clubs, homelabs, hackathons or student projects.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or completed some college coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field

• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, switches, and routers

• Experience writing batch files, PowerShell scripts, Python scripts, or other simple automation/programming solutions

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to learn technology quickly and work independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed at least one networking, cybersecurity, or systems administration course

• Foundational cybersecurity knowledge including phishing awareness, passwords, MFA, endpoint protection, and safe computing practices

• Familiarity with Windows administration and Microsoft 365

• Experience building, configuring, or repairing personal computers

• Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, or Intune

• CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, or similar training/certifications

• Participation in school technology clubs, homelabs, hackathons, or student projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

• Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 15-25 hours per week)
