Pepperdine University is seeking a Space Management Specialist to drive institutional space planning and optimize utilization across all facilities in Malibu. You will leverage 25Live to analyze data, produce high-level reports, and implement campus-wide space standards.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders on long-term growth planning, and you will train users, manage security, and oversee platform integrations. Regular, exempt, 40-hour weeks; pay rate around $70k–$70,304 per year.

Responsabilités

• Administer, organize, manage, and ensure functionality of the 25Live scheduling system and PeopleSoft integration.
• Develop space management analysis, run scenarios, and provide reports.
• Serve as the designated trainer and main point of contact for the 25Live platform; develop training and design user guides for Pepperdine community.
• Discover, learn, test, and implement new 25Live functionality.
• Identify and implement best practices and policies; ensure existing processes are followed.
• Manage and update users and objects security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Uphold University mission through work performed.
