Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago is seeking a System Administrator to operate in a Windows environment, supporting IT and OT systems, and serving as the final escalation point for the Service Desk. The role includes 24x7 monitoring, after-hours response, and on-call rotation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 3+ years in enterprise IT, strong Microsoft experience (365, servers, workstations) and incident management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise IT or Service Desk operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft environments and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for Service Desk incidents.
• Own and resolve complex IT and OT issues across control center and remote sites.
• Monitor and manage assigned tickets; ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with server, network, security, and application teams.
• Participate in IT change management and document solutions.
