Responsibilities

• Perform new server builds, configurations, and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve technical problems with Windows systems.

Strong knowledge Windows 10, 8, 7, XP

Microsoft Office 2016, 2013, 2010

VMware ESXi

Knowledge of TCP/IP networking

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent written and phone communication skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT
