In this role, you\'ll coach and support staff, promote high-quality services, and help ensure individuals receive exceptional care in a safe and supportive environment. You\'ll play a key role in staff development, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and the implementation of best practices across the program.

Location, Schedule & Pay:
The starting pay range for this role is $53,000 - $58,000 annually depending on up qualifications.
